Once you have paid and sent the form above, you will be receiving a first email with the confirmation. Once the payment and data are verified, we will then send you the Enrollment Documents in a 2nd email.

Remember, if you paid with Paypal (credit card), you will be receiving the Enrollment Documents in 4 - 5 days. If you have paid with Bank Transfer, you will be receiving the Enrollment Documents in 10 - 15 days.
