École Du Monde opens to you the doors of Geneva, Switzerland and the French speaking world by providing you with quality french lessons by certified teachers and 10 years of experience.

Nouveau!! Cours C1

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer l'ouverture d'un cours de niveau C1 à partir de la rentrée 2012.
Ce cours se tiendra le mardi et le jeudi de 12h30 à 14h00.

May I begin at another level besides Beginner?

Yes. We evaluate your level of French with a free trial course. To do this, you should contact the school to set up a convenient time to meet.

Can I register from outside Switzerland?

Yes. You can register from any part of the world and you can do it online on the Enrollment page. More information is available on the FAQ page.

Do you offer housing for your students?

No. Students should look for housing on their own. You will find some helpfull sites in the Links section and on the FAQ page.

May I ask for a Student Visa if I register at École du Monde?

Yes. The school will provide you an Enrollment Certificate after the payment for the first 4 weeks of courses (CHF 600.-) and the enrollment fee (CHF 50.-) is received. Make sure to read the information concerning this subject on the Staying in Geneva page. To register from outside Switzerland go to the Enrollment page. Is there an admision exam?

No. However, we can evaluate your level of French with a free trial course. Then we can indicate to you the class we consider the most appropriate for your level.

What is the total price for a complete year of study?

The base price is CHF 600.- for a period of 4 weeks. Taking into account vacation periods, a complete year of study will cost around CHF 6,000.-.

Can you help me obtain my Student B Permit if I study at École du Monde?

Yes. At the time you register, we will provide you with an Enrollment Certificate. You should then present this form (with other necessary documents) to the Office Cantonal de la Population du Canton de Genève to make your request. Make sure you consult the information on the Staying in Geneva page.
